Lose Weight Quickly By Eating These Three Super Foods

Imagine if it were possible to lose unwanted weight by eating food. Well, this is possible if you know what foods to eat. This article will cover three particular foods that will assist you to shed your weight.


 


1. Add More Lean Meat To Your Diet. Lean chicken meat is the top lean meat that can help you to shed weight. It comes packed with protein, has hardly any fat, and as you may know protein builds muscles. The more muscle you have, the more fat it burns. Chicken meat can be pricey but there is always turkey breast as another option. Stick to lean meats only though and avoid any red meat.


 


Fish has also proved to be a good weight loss food. Salmon and tuna are the best but really any fish that contains omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are like a good fat and come under the catergory of unsaturated fat. When you put on weight, a hormone called leptin stores fat in certain parts of your body. Omega 3 fatty acids help cull the amount of leptin hormones in your body to ensure you lose weight.


 


2. Cook With Olive Oil. Use olive oil in place of any fatty oils. Olive oil has a good amount of unsaturated fat in it compared to other oils which mainly have the bad, or unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fat is considered a good fat by the way it doesn't leave you hungry afterwards, and it helps to ward off high cholesterol levels. This means olive oil will keep your cholesterol levels healthy.


 


3. Eat Lots Of Berries. Berries are another weight loss super food being blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and more. Strawberries in particular are great not only for their taste but for the fact that they help suppress your hunger. Without the need to worry about how hungry you are between meals, you can clearly focus on your weight loss plan.


 


Losing weight doesn't have to mean being hungry all the time. Eating is a safer way to shed weight than starving yourself. You will become healthier by eating these types of foods as they come filled with antioxidants and vitamins. There are numerous other foods available that can also help your body to lose weight including nuts, oatmeal and eggs. Your belly fat will start to reduce when you add these types of super foods to your diet.
