How to make crispy vegetable chips
After discovering kale chips, I decided to google some more on other vegetable chips and this one sound pretty crispy! Sadly, there is no demo here. The cook just eats in front of the camera as she explains how she does it. I guess, the trick here is to cut the vegetables as thinly as possible. Mrs Leafy Greens has a nice nickname too. :-) But the video is a little soft though...
